A progressive Sydney-based surf clothing, apparel and accessories brand, Misfit is on a mission to create a ‘surf-stemmed’ movement, enabling expressions of authentic individuality through art and design to co-exist amongst conformity and observation. 

It was founded by long-time friends Chris Chon and Dave Howell, who had the shared vision for Misfits you see today. Australian-owned and originally a surfboard shaping business known for their colourful and unique designs, the Misfits brand has later expanded into menswear and womenswear. Each piece added to their collection has been carefully curated to push the limits of surf culture as well as traditional coastal style and embrace abnormality.
